BOOST YOUR METABOLISM 

The one thing that many of us complain about as we get older is our metabolism slowing down — that’s why PJ has made it her specialty.

Her science-based plan includes a personal assessment followed by a program telling you what to eat and how to work out based on the results and your goals.

Her workouts focus on strength work, core and mobility drills, as well as higher intensity bodyweight cardio moves, done in her signature circuit-style. This is the type of workout that gets results.

I ask two things from every client: have faith and trust the process.

If they put the work in, the results are inevitable.

what to expect

During our first session together we will go through a thorough health history, chat about what your goals are and your timeline to hit those goals. From there we will do body weight and measurements, and then a full testing of your muscle strength, your core strength and your aerobic capacity.

 

After that your personalized macro eating plan will be emailed you, as well as your recommended home workouts (if required).

Each week, and each workout together will be different. All the workouts are tailored towards your specific goals, as well as how you feeling the particular day. 

30 Day Blitz  $575

Fitness assessment, personalized macro plan, 3 days a week personal training (30 min sessions), for 30 days (12 sessions in total). Up to a 50% off savings on a Studio membership after training is completed.

Best for a quick, down and dirty, get fit experience.

30 DAYS OF INTENSIVE TRAINING 

PJ does not take long term clients, instead she focusses on giving you the tools to get you to your goal. After the  30 days of intensive training (choosing from either the 30-min blitz program, or the longer 45-min programs above) most clients then move into The Studio’s unlimited membership program.

 

FIT & FIERCE OVER 40 $999

Fitness assessment, personalized macro plan, 3 days a week personal training (45 min sessions), for 30 days (12 sessions in total), with an additional home cardio and core workouts assigned. Up to a 50% off savings on a Studio membership after training is completed.

Best for when you want to kick mid-life in the teeth.

Receive 3 classes, plus one 45 minute personal training session. Great start up package that will give you a solid foundation for lifting weights, how to hold form and what modifications you can use if an exercise doesn’t work for you. This package will give you the confidence to rock any of our classes.
