WHICH CLASS SHOULD I START WITH?

All of them! No seriously, we ain't pulling your chain.

Each class has only 14-16 people per class, making all of our classes like a mini personal training session.

This means that no matter where you are in your fitness journey, what injury we may have to work around, we can do it!

However, if you are still skeptical book a Triple 20 class and take it from there baby cakes.

H.I.I.T. +

This is the most efficient way to get fit.

30-min of strength + cardio moves, 15-min of core, finished off with a lovely 15-min stretch.

From beginner, to candlelight to all levels - we got your back.

Stretch, de-stress, lengthen and relax.

We recommend at least one class a week if you are attending any of our other higher intensity classes.

The Studio is set up with various exercise stations where you will move around each station and work ALL the different muscle groups.
