If you are couped up at home, we have your back and we are here for you.

If you are respecting the social distancing recommendations, which is the responsible thing to do right now, again we have your back and we are here for you.

During this COVID-19 craziness, our classes will now be Live Streamed and available to you in our special online community. Workouts by us… created just for you.

Remember, you must be registered at least 30-minutes before the class.

The morning of and 15-minutes beforehand an email will be sent to you with a private link to get to the workout.

Join us for daily Live Streams, as well as access to previous Live Streams, pre-recorded workouts recorded personally for you and a 1-week unlimited pass when we re-open our doors.

HOW IT WORKS & WHAT YOU NEED TO WORK-OUT WITH US VIRTUALLY

 Once you’re signed up and grabbed your 2-Week Virtual Pass (members: you can sign up for classes ASAP as per usual) you can head here to sign up for a Live Stream Workout.

Links to the Live Stream will be emailed directly to you the day before – you must register for your class at least 30-minutes in advance so we can get you the link to get into the room.

WHAT YOU NEED

 To access the workouts you will need the internet, at least one pair of dumbbells, a chair, and a bathrobe tie, or necktie to use as a yoga strap.

You can access your Live Stream Workout on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Once you log into your first Live Stream the software that we use (Zoom) will ask you to download their software. Follow the system prompts and then you’ll be sent into the Live Stream room.

Easy-peasy.

 

You will be able to see us, but we won’t be able to see you.

You will have access to the chat room, so you can catch up with your fellow Studio peeps, introduce yourself if you’re new, and chat with your instructor.

The Live Stream Workouts are an hour-long, and most will focus on general conditioning, with a nice stretch at the end.

The pre-recorded workouts will range from 30-60 minutes and you will be offered a variety from HIIT, to Barre, to Bottom’s Up, to Yoga, as well as our popular Triple 20.
