I've been a trainer for over two decades. During that time I have had the pleasure of helping thousands of people get fit either in-person or online.
My goal, with all my programs, is to create a non-intimidating environment, provide workouts that give results, while kicking it with the energy, the motivation and the right amount of tough love.
Mountain climbers. No wait, I mean squats. No, actually it's lunges. Shoot, I can't decide. How about a squat, lunge to mountain climber combo. Yeah. That's my fave exercise.

PJ has had her own health and fitness column with the Delta Optimist since 2001.
In addition, she has enjoyed seven seasons as the producer and star in her fitness show “Fitness with PJ” on Eastlink Cable.
Back in 2003 (pre-reading glasses era) she won the Delta Chamber of Commerce’s Entrepreneur of the Year award, in 2010 runner up for Best Business, and in 2012 runner up for Rising Star.
In 2015, 2016 & 2017 (post-reading glasses era) the reader's of the Delta Optimist choose her and The Studio as Best in Fitness and Best Website for Delta.
