PJ WREN (OWNER)
I've been a trainer for over two decades. During that time I have had the pleasure of helping thousands of people get fit either in-person or online.
My goal, with all my programs, is to create a non-intimidating environment, provide workouts that give results, while kicking it with the energy, the motivation and the right amount of tough love.
Mountain climbers. No wait, I mean squats. No, actually it's lunges. Shoot, I can't decide. How about a squat, lunge to mountain climber combo. Yeah. That's my fave exercise.

MOLLY YAO (MANAGER & INSTRUCTOR)
I come from a sport and athletic background, having played both volleyball and softball at the Collegiate level and overseas.
I love fitness and had always wanted to be a trainer, but “life” happened.
Fast-forward to an accounting degree, a marriage, two amazing kids, and a near death experience later I made one of my best decisions yet to pursue my true passion - helping others be the best versions of themselves through exercise and good nutrition.
